Monthly Training, Nutrition, and Accountability Coaching

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level? A coaching plan personally tailored to your athletic needs can help you get to our goals in a streamlined fashion. You will receive weekly feedback and tweaks to your fitness plan based on the biometrics and responses that you give me in your weekly check ins. You will be able to contact me at any time for questions or concerns that you may have with your personal plan.

Plan Includes

  • Programming brought to you in 4 week blocks

  • Weekly Check Ins for Accountability

  • Weekly Nutrition Adjustments

  • Open communication with me about any questions or concerns that you have with your plan

  • Access to 1 Video Call with your trainer per week (Optional)

How it works

  • Starting with a 30 minute introduction video or phone call with your trainer, 1 on 1
  • We give you a plan that caters to your individual needs and goals
  • We will change the plan as you grow and change on your fitness journey
  • Weekly you will update your biometrics as well as fill out a survey on the previous weeks workout sessions as well as how you are feeling physically & mentally; that information will all be considered when adjusting your plan for the following weeks.
  • Weekly video calls are recommended (optional) for best results
